Oregon Coast, and California Redwoods

Our first day on the Oregon Coast, we saw some lush rainforest, and some of the "most photographed rocks in America". Oregonians love this kind of claim to fame. They also seem to love their Espresso -- Espresso stands line the coast like trees.

On a lovely sunny day, there was no action at the Devil's Punchbowl or any of the numerous coastal viewpoints associated with the Devil. We figure he must be on vacation. Jean has just been beamed onto the dunes!
