I thought I'd share these photos of the "edible arrangement" that Chantal sent me. She forgot to put her name on the card that is included with the arrangement so Gui was asking me if I had a secret admirer. I thought for a few minutes and wondered if Chantal or perhaps my manager at work had sent this. Well, it was delicious and a very interesting concept - fruits made to look like a flower bouqet. The base is an ornamental cabbage in a vase. To keep the base firmly in place, lettuce is used as fillter inside the vase under the cabbage.
