Visiting Toronto Again Last year around the same time we visited Toronto, and it was as cold as ... San Francisco. But this year to our pleasant surprise, it was nice and warm -- just the kind of summer days we were missing this year in the Bay Area. The weather provided a nice backdrop to our visit with various family members: the Davidchuks, and the Zongs. The visit went by fast: there was a lot of catching up to do, multiple birthdays to celebrate, activities to pursue, gardens to admire, and needless to say, much feasting every day -- I seriously think my stomache was expanded by this trip.
